🐾All new dogs must complete a successful overnight trial stay before any boarding bookings more than 3 nights are confirmed. A meet & greet is required for day care.
🐾Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 50% non refundable deposit. Remaining payment is required before drop off.
Cancellations with less than 120 hours notice will be charged in full.
🐾All sections of the My Pet Walker app must be completed and kept up to date.
🐾Dogs must be fully vaccinated (including kennel cough), and up to date with flea, tick, & worm treatments. If you choose not to vaccinate your dog a titre test must take place before any visit.
Any medical or behavioural issues must be disclosed.
🐾 In some situations male dogs may need to be neutered or have had Chemical Castration/Zeuterin
Female dogs in season unfortunately cannot stay
🐾Dogs must be house trained, friendly, used to children, non-aggressive & well socialised. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw care if a dog poses a risk.
🐾 Your dog must be happy to sleep downstairs independently.
All dogs that are to sleep in a closed crate must have a signed consent form.
🐾In an emergency, we will contact you, then your vet.
If unavailable, we will seek veterinary advise from The Hampshire Vet & all costs will be the owner’s responsibility. THEY WILL NOT PROCEED WITH ANY TREATMENT UNTIL THEY HAVE HAD CONTACT FROM YOU & PAYMENT.
🐾Dogs are cared for with the utmost attention; however, they remain the owner’s responsibility. We are not liable for illness, injury, or loss unless caused by negligence.
All dogs that are to be walked off lead must have a signed consent form.
